What is a Geodesic Dome?

Buckminster Fuller in the 1940s, a geodesic dome is a half spherical structure made up of many small triangular formations inspired by the building blocks of nature to create structures that encompass the maximum amount of space with the least amount of materials-all while being remarkably strong!
